We are an architectural services provider run by myself Hannah Bishop. Having had over 10 years’ experience in practice, HB Architectural Services was set up in order to offer a more personalised approach to the design process, whilst still maintaining the level of technical knowledge and professionalism having completed an Undergraduate Degree BA(Hons) Architecture and a post-graduate Masters of Architecture Degree.
Based In Alwoodley, North Leeds. HB Architectural Services aims to provide you with a friendly and reliable service specialising in residential projects such as property extensions, loft conversions, new build houses & apartments, change of use/refurbishments, nursing homes and small scale new housing developments / master planning. We also offer some commercial services.
We provide professional advice and technical support through conception and design to Planning and Building Regulation whilst all the while maintaining the one-to-one approach in order that information is not lost between design teams. Some clients have a clear picture of what they wish to achieve, others require more help and inspiration. HB Architectural Drawing Services will help you along each stage of the process to making your dream become a reality on site.

As a mother of three, I understand that a well-designed home and living space can enhance your living style significantly. I have a wealth of experience in maximizing the space available and designing it around the needs of your family.
I offer a fully comprehensive Architectural Design service and can project manage your build project from start to finish. I offer a one-to-one service ensuring no information is lost between design teams and internal management as you would only be in contact with myself. I have found that for small residential projects this creates a much more personalized design experience and ensures that your vision is not lost in the chain of command. Additionally to this, we are able to offer the flexibility of evening and weekend appointments for those who struggle to get time off work.
I am commonly asked to help with single-storey extensions, double-story extensions, loft conversions, change of use applications, planning applications, listed building applications, building regulation applications to name just a few.
We regularly work alongside a Structural Engineer and liaise with them on your behalf to ensure compatibility between design for ease of construction. We also have a close relationship with a few Building Companies and are able to obtain quotations for the build from our drawings for your consideration and budgeting.
